Chef David trained in Asheville, NC, where he developed his skills and a deep appreciation for innovative cooking. His talent quickly gained recognition, earning him features in Sophie Magazine and appearances on America’s Best New Restaurant with Gordon Ramsay and Grilled Magazine in Chicago. Over the years, he’s made a name for himself in Akron, including time at Firestone Country Club, perfecting his approach to refined yet approachable cuisine.
Now at The Cellar & Co., Chef David has designed a menu that showcases his expertise in charcuterie boards, twice-baked flatbread pizzas, and our signature lobster martini. His focus is on pairing exceptional flavors with an elevated, yet relaxed dining experience.
